Aricha washing station is known for producing some of the finest coffees in Ethiopia. This coffee is comprised of heirloom varietals harvested in 2019, grown by many smallholders in the region, at an altitude of 1950 - 2050 masl; dried on raised beds, with a fermentation period of 12 - 15 days; and processed by the Faysel Abdosh washing station in Aricha.
