Maria Delgado's farm, and more specifically this lot on El Choco, in Buesaco , Narino Colombia has become recognized for having some of the best terroir in the region. Brought to us by our friends at Apex coffee, we are so excited to share this coffee with you. As always, our roasting approach with this coffee has been carefully considered, to highlight all of the amazing work put in by everyone before us, and to showcase all of the beautiful regional characteristics this coffee has to offer. Keeping our hand in roasting as invisible as possible, expect bright, crisp grapefruit - like acidity; ripe pear and yellow peach sweetness; and a surprising guava like character in the finish. This is one of the most unique Caturra cultivars we have had the opportunity to work with. We hope you love it as much as we do.
Optimal for both filter or espresso recipes.
